Trash Amnesty Days Happening on September 27 & 28
Continuing the Agency's Amnesty Day program, the next two events will occur on September 27 & 28 and will be for TRASH materials only. Household trash includes thing such as: rubbish, unwanted materials, bulky items – large appliances, furniture, mattresses, box springs, and remodeling or building materials, carpet, tiles, concrete, bricks, metals.
Please Note: green waste, tires, household hazardous waste, and electronic scrap are NOT included in this event. These materials will carry the normal gate fees.
The purpose of the Agency's Amnesty Day program is to help reduce illegal dumping issues in our community. As per City Ordinance, ALLtrash loads must be covered and tarped. If you load is NOT tarped you will be assessed a $15/load penalty.
